We'd had the grant for two years and never spent more than $2k of it. GBN got us to full utilisation in the second month, and the leads are the right kind of leads — not just clicks.

The monthly update is a short video walking through what changed and why. No jargon, no filler. For a team our size that's worth as much as the results themselves.

J. WhitfieldMarketing Lead · Local Guide · 7 reviews

Our account was suspended for policy violations before we came to GBN. They got it reinstated, rebuilt the campaigns properly, and it hasn't tripped a single compliance flag since.

S. KaurOperations Manager · 2 reviews

They set up conversion tracking on day one and suddenly we could see which pages actually drive donations. That alone changed how we write our appeals.

T. OkaforBoard Chair · 5 reviews

We're a small charity with a modest budget and they treat us like a priority client anyway. Responsive, proactive, and clear about what's working and what isn't.

We moved from another agency and the difference was immediate. Better structure, better reporting, and they explain the trade-offs instead of hiding them.

Meet The Founder

Your named strategist, not an account queue.

GBN Agency was built around one observation: the Google Ad Grant looks like free money and behaves like a compliance exercise. A $2.00 bid cap, a 5% click-through floor, keyword quality rules, and an automatic pause waiting for accounts that drift.

Most nonprofits either leave the grant idle or hand it to an agency that treats it as a loss-leader beside its real paid clients. We do the opposite — the grant is the main work, and the person who audits your account is the person who runs it.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Google Partner agency mean?

It means Google recognises the agency as meeting its standards for certification, ad spend and client performance. For you it's a floor, not a guarantee — ask any Partner agency to show you what happened to utilisation and conversions on accounts like yours.

Do you specialise in Google Ad Grants?

Yes. It's the main thing we do. The grant runs on its own rulebook — a $2.00 default bid cap, a 5% minimum click-through rate, keyword quality rules and mandatory conversion tracking — and it rewards a very different account structure from paid search.

Is my organisation eligible for the grant?

You generally need current, valid charity status in a country Google for Nonprofits supports, a live website on your own domain with HTTPS, and no government or hospital status. Tell us your country and registration number on the call and we'll confirm before you spend anything.

How much do you charge?

Management is a flat monthly fee — $149, $349 or $749 depending on the tier — with no percentage of ad spend and no long-term contract. There is also a one-time setup fee of $390 if you already have a website, or $890 if we need to build one to Ad Grant policy. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

How long until we see results?

Campaigns are usually live within 14 days of kickoff, and most accounts show meaningful conversion volume in the first month. Reaching consistent 90%+ grant utilisation typically takes two to three months.

Our account is suspended. Can you help?

Yes — it's one of the most common reasons nonprofits come to us. We identify which policy triggered the suspension, correct the account, and handle the reinstatement request with Google.

Do we keep ownership of the account?

Always. The Google Ads account, the Analytics property and all historical data stay in your name. We work through manager-account access, and if we ever part ways you keep everything that was built.

We're already with an agency. Is switching a hassle?

Usually not. Because the account belongs to you, moving management is a matter of changing who has access — no rebuild, no lost history.

Let's Talk.
