Your nonprofit qualifies for $10,000 a month
in free Google advertising.

Getting it is one thing. Keeping it is another. Google shuts grant accounts down automatically — for low click-through rates, for missing conversions, for 90 days of inactivity. We make sure that never happens to you.

No website yet

$890

A 5-page site built to Ad Grant policy — mission page, programs, donate page, privacy policy, contact. These are the pages Google rejects applications for missing.

  • Ad spend on paid search and Meta is billed by the platform directly to you and is not included in the monthly fee.
  • The $10,000/month Google Ad Grant is provided by Google, not by us. Eligibility requires active 501(c)(3) status.

Pricing questions

The Awkward Ones.

Is the $10,000 grant really free?

Yes, and it is not our money. Google gives eligible nonprofits up to $10,000 a month of Search advertising at no cost through the Google Ad Grants programme. You pay us to run it properly; you never pay Google for grant clicks. What the grant does come with is a rulebook, and accounts that ignore it get paused.

How long does approval take?

We won't put a number on it, because the timeline is Google's and not ours. What we can control is that the application goes in complete and policy-compliant the first time, which is the main reason applications stall. We handle the Goodstack verification and the filing, and we tell you honestly where it is sitting.

What happens if we lose our 501(c)(3) status?

Google withdraws the grant — that decision is theirs and we cannot appeal it on your behalf. Tell us as soon as you know. We will pause management billing rather than charge you for an account that cannot run, and if the status is reinstated we will restart the account from where it left off.

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?

Because the grant budget is free. A percentage model would pay us for spending Google's money rather than for producing outcomes, and it quietly rewards waste. A flat fee means the only way we look good is if your conversions go up.

Is the setup fee really one-time?

Yes. It covers the site work, the Goodstack verification, the application and the launch, and your first 30 days of management are inside it. After that you are on the monthly fee only.

We're tiny. Is there a smaller option?

Tell us on the call. We keep a limited number of reduced-fee places for very small organisations, and we would rather do that than sell you a thinner service.

What happens if we cancel?

Thirty days' notice, no exit fee. The Google Ads account, the Analytics property and everything built in them stay in your name — we simply lose access.

Still Cheaper Than An Unused Grant.

An idle Ad Grant leaves $120,000 of free advertising on the table every year. Let's find out what yours is leaving behind.
