2. What this website is
An description of our services and a way to request a free account audit. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract for services. Paid work begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement.
3. The free audit
The audit is offered without charge and without obligation on either side. To run it we need read or manager access to your Google Ads account, which you can grant and revoke at any time. You keep the findings whether or not you engage us. We may decline to audit an account where we have a conflict of interest.
4. Your account and your data
You remain the owner of your Google Ads account, your Google Analytics property, and everything built inside them, including campaigns, keywords, ad copy and historical data. We work through manager-account access. If the engagement ends, our access is removed and nothing is taken with us.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content on your website and in the material you ask us to advertise.
5. What we do not guarantee
Advertising results depend on factors outside our control — auction competition, search demand, your website, your offer, and Google's own policies and product changes. We do not guarantee any particular level of spend, click-through rate, conversion volume, ranking, or return.
In particular we cannot guarantee that a Google Ad Grant application will be approved, that an existing grant will not be suspended, or that a suspended account will be reinstated. Those decisions belong to Google. What we commit to is competent work against the published rules and honest reporting of what happens.
6. Fees and cancellation
Management fees are a flat monthly amount agreed in writing before work starts. Advertising spend is separate and is paid by you directly to the platform — we never take a percentage of it. Either party may end the engagement with [30] days' written notice. Fees already invoiced for the notice period remain payable; there is no additional exit fee.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential. We will not name you as a client, publish your results, or use your logo without your written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this website belong to us. The campaign assets we produce for you under a signed agreement belong to you once invoices for them are paid.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the management fees you paid us in the [12] months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of donations, or loss of goodwill.
10. Third-party platforms
Delivering these services means working inside Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their policy changes are not within our control.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
12. Governing law
