Grant Accounts,
Before And After.

Every nonprofit below came to us with an underused or suspended Google Ad Grant. Here is what changed, and what it produced.

Six Grant Accounts,
Rebuilt.

Each write-up covers what we inherited, what we changed, and what it produced.

Animal Rescue Network

Animal welfare · 40 days

Animal Rescue Network

The problem: the grant had been dormant for eight months after an automatic pause. No conversion tracking, three broad-match campaigns, one ad group each.

What we did: resolved the compliance issue, rebuilt into eleven intent-based campaigns, added GA4 tracking for adoption enquiries and donation completions.

Result: 95% of the monthly budget used by day 40, with 112 adoption enquiries attributed to search.

16.3% CTR HHF

Harbour Health Fund

Health · 6 months

Harbour Health Fund

The problem: a large service area, very generic keywords, and a click-through rate hovering just above the 5% threshold that keeps a grant account alive.

What we did: narrowed to condition- and location-specific queries, wrote ad copy per service line, and cut the keywords dragging CTR down.

Result: spend scaled to $9,620/month at a 16.3% click-through rate, with free-screening bookings the primary tracked conversion.

Open Stage Theatre

Arts · 10 weeks

Open Stage Theatre

The problem: the theatre had been awarded a grant two years earlier and had never run a single campaign with it.

What we did: built the account from scratch around summer-camp registration, then added season-ticket and donation campaigns once tracking was proven.

Result: 103 summer-camp registrations in ten weeks from an account that had produced nothing.

City Food Bank

Food security · 90 days

City Food Bank

The problem: heavy seasonal demand and a website with no clear path from "I need food" to the distribution schedule.

What we did: split campaigns by intent — people seeking help vs. people wanting to give — and pointed each at a purpose-built landing page.

Result: 600+ new users per month, $2,300 in tracked online donations, and 91% grant utilisation.

133 conv. VF

Veterans Forward

Veterans · 30 days

Veterans Forward

The problem: a strong programme with almost no organic search visibility and a grant sitting at roughly 15% utilisation.

What we did: separated supporter, sponsor and corporate-volunteer audiences into their own campaigns with distinct messaging and landing pages.

Result: 133 tracked conversion actions in the first 30 days at 90% grant utilisation.

Reinstated GLC

Greenline Conservation

Environment · 5 months

Greenline Conservation

The problem: the account had been suspended for failing Google's minimum click-through rate rule two months before they contacted us.

What we did: handled the reinstatement, then rebuilt around tightly themed ad groups so CTR had room to recover permanently.

Result: reinstated within a week, CTR up from 3.2% to 14%, and steady 94% utilisation since.
