Who we are
Fruit Merge Saga is a game published on Facebook and Messenger as an Instant Game by GBN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED COMPANY (CÔNG TY TNHH QUỐC TẾ GBN), registered in Vietnam under enterprise and tax code 0110984934, with its registered office at No. 29C, Loc Street, Xuan Nhang 1 Residential Group, Xuan Dinh Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam. For anything in this policy you can reach us at admin@gbnlimited.com.
This policy covers the game only. Our agency website has its own privacy policy.
What the game collects
The game runs entirely inside Facebook and Messenger. We do not operate a server for it, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run our own analytics or set our own cookies.
- Game-scoped player ID. Meta gives the game an identifier that is unique to you within this game. We use it only so that Meta can store your progress for you.
- Your best score. Saved through Meta's Instant Games player storage so it is still there the next time you play. It is stored by Meta, not on any system we run.
The game does not request your friends list, email address, location, contacts, camera or microphone, and it does not read your name or profile photo.
Advertising
The game is free and is funded by ads served by Meta Audience Network. Some ads are optional — for example, watching a video to continue a game — and some appear between games.
To choose and measure ads, Meta may collect information such as your device type, approximate location, ad interactions and identifiers, under Meta's own Privacy Policy. We receive only aggregated reports (impressions and earnings), never information that identifies you. You can control how Meta uses data for ads in your Ad Preferences.
Sharing your score
If you tap Share score, Facebook opens its own share dialog with a picture of your game board and your score. Nothing is posted unless you confirm it there, and you choose the audience.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Data | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Saving your best score | Player ID, score | Performance of a contract (providing the game) |
| Showing ads that fund the game | Data collected by Meta as described above | Legitimate interests; consent where required by law, collected by Meta |
| Sharing your score | Screenshot and score you choose to share | Consent (you start it) |
We do not sell personal data.
Who processes the data
Meta Platforms, Inc. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. host the game, store your score and serve ads. Meta processes data outside Vietnam, mainly in the United States and Ireland.
How long we keep it
Your best score stays in Instant Games storage for as long as the game remains connected to your Facebook account, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
How to delete your data
You can remove everything the game has stored at any time:
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (on some versions: Instant Games).
- Find Fruit Merge Saga and choose Remove.
- Tick the option to also delete your activity, then confirm.
This disconnects the game and deletes your saved score. If you prefer, email admin@gbnlimited.com with the subject Fruit Merge Saga data deletion and we will reset your saved data and confirm within 30 days. Data Meta collected for advertising is managed by Meta and can be deleted through your Facebook settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email admin@gbnlimited.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live — in Vietnam, the Ministry of Public Security; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, your national authority.
Children
Facebook and Messenger require users to be at least 13 (older in some countries). The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will delete what is stored.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the game starts collecting new kinds of data, this policy will be updated before that change goes live.
